Substitutions will be accepted only in written form.  The original registrant should send an email to mmontgomery@aaei.org and should include their confirmation record with the substitute’s information for the data fields.  An administration fee of $25 will apply to all substitutions and will be charged to the original registrant’s credit card.  Deadline date for substitutions is Friday, May 31, 2013.
