AAEI, alongside more than 30 organizations as part of the Forced Labor Working Group (FLWG), submitted joint comments to the Office of the United States Trade Representative in response to its Section 301 investigation examining whether certain economies have failed to prohibit and effectively enforce bans on imports produced with forced labor. The submission reflects a collective industry perspective on the scope, implications, and potential outcomes of this broad investigation.
