AAEI’s request for more time to comment on USMCA regulations was granted by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Big money is at stake as importers and exporters look at their existing supply chains and to provide meaningful feedback on CBP’s Proposed Rule on Non-Preferential Origin Determinations for Merchandise Imported from Canada or Mexico for Implementation of USMCA.
