U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has released a guide for importers involved in e-Commerce, called the E-Commerce Elements of Compliance.
The one page chart is a helpful reminder for importers using e-Commerce platform about the basic necessary pieces of data that CBP requires to process imports smoothly. They include product description, value, quantity in each package, gross weight and country of origin.
