The European Commission has published its proposal to ban goods made with forced labor from the EU market. The next step will be the Council of the EU and the European Parliament developing their separate positions on forced labor. Then, the two institutions and the Commission will have to work out the final EU policy for the forced labor ban. AAEI has created a Forced Labor Working Group to monitor U.S. and global forced labor legislation and regulations.
