This week’s member spotlight is on Karen Lobdell of Thomson Reuters.
Karen currently serves as a member of AAEI’s Board of Governors, a leadership role that caps her many important contributions to the Association as a trade expert, a creative and tireless volunteer and as an annual conference co-chair on multiple occasions. Karen has serves on AAEI’s Events Board Team, helping shape the policies for all AAEI events including seminars and webinars.
Outside of AAEI, Karen is a current member of the Trade Support Network (TSN), serving on the Supply Chain Security Committee. She also served as Trade Co-Chair for the Departmental Advisory Committee on Commercial Operations of Customs and Border Protection (“COAC”) as well as Trade Chair for the ISF Subcommittee.
At Thomson Reuters, Karen is Director of Product Management, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the domestic and international logistics industry to the role. Her focus is on international business development and trade compliance.
