This week’s member spotlight is on Heather Litman of Grunfeld, Desiderio, Lebowitz, Silverman & Klestadt (GDLSK) LLP.
Heather currently is a member of AAEI’s Board of Governors and centrally involved in a number of substantive AAEI committees, including the working groups developing AAEI’s 2021 talking points on Forced Labor and 21st Century Customs Framework. Heather’s contributions have helped AAEI achieve many of its goals this year.
At GDLSK, Heather helps clients with tariff classification, valuation, origin, labeling, intellectual property rights, broker compliance, and other government agency regulatory requirements. Heather also represents companies in administrative enforcement actions, including litigation before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
