AAEI is spotlighting members who are helping lead the Association on key issues, initiatives and projects. This week, the spotlight is on James Min of LimNexus LLP.
James has been an active AAEI member for many years and has been a panel speaker at AAEI annual conferences. At this year’s AAEI annual conference, James will be the moderator of a panel on Making the Case for Exports, which will include discussion of one of his specialties, export controls and sanctions.
At LimNexus LLP, James advises clients on international trade and business law, including economic sanctions, export controls, customs, import regulations, free trade agreements, CFIUS, internal corporate compliance, internal investigations, and other cross border transactional and regulatory law. His career experience includes working as a trade attorney at DHL and FedEx Express, where he assisted the company’s entry into markets such as Libya, Vietnam, China, Russia and Kazakhstan by utilizing international trade laws.
