AAEI is spotlighting members who are helping lead the Association on key issues, initiatives and projects. This week, AAEI is featuring Steven Baker of the Law Offices of Steven W. Baker.
Steven is a longtime member of AAEI. He is a member of AAEI’s Industry Leadership Council and is an active member of AAI’s Customs Committee and Transpacific Committee. He is one of the Association’s leaders working on Forced Labor compliance, Customs Modernization and solutions to port congestion.
Steven is past Chair of the Customs Law Committee of the American Bar Association and he has represented clients customs and international trade law since 1974. Additionally, Steven regularly speaks to and writes materials for customs broker and import industry associations, and has published a long running series of articles on Customs compliance issues.
