As co-chair of AAEI’s Transpacific Committee, Vince leads AAEI’s port congestion response. He co-authored AAEI’s communications to the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) outlining some of the main causes of port congestion and the obstacles it creates on U.S. exporters. Vince also is a newly elected member of AAEI’s Board of Governors.
Vince is the current Chairman of the Pacific Coast Council of Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders (PCC). He was appointed to the 13th and 14th Commercial Customs Operations Advisory Committee (COAC) and was elected by his COAC peers to serve as Trade Co-Chair for the 14th Term COAC. Vince also is a licensed Customs Broker and former president of the Los Angeles Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders Association.
