October 2, 2024 — AAEI recognizes members who lead the Association on key issues, initiatives, and projects. This week, AAEI spotlights Philip Duplisey of mesur.io.
Philip and his team made a strong impact at AAEI’s 2024 Annual Conference, where mesur.io participated as a Diamond sponsor. During the event, Philip spoke on the AI, Automation, and Reasonable Care panel, where he shared examples of how classification, vendor screening, and supply chain mapping can be enhanced with AI and machine learning. He emphasized how importers and exporters can leverage these tools to improve compliance and meet CBP’s reasonable care standards.
Philip began his career in New Jersey with Colgate Palmolive, where he implemented SAP enterprise software and pioneered many “world’s first” innovations. He then transitioned to a management consulting role at an analytics firm.
Philip currently serves as Director of Business Development at measur.io, contributing to the adoption of risk intelligence solutions.
Mesur.io specializes in providing supply chain insights that ensure compliance across trade routes and supplier practices. The platform helps businesses identify supply chain risks before they happen using open-source intelligence.
In his personal life, Philip is a licensed pilot who frequently flies sailplanes and enjoys sailing the open ocean and small lakes. But when the waters are rough, you can find Philip tinkering in his basement workshop, building new projects.
