Sen. Bill Cassidy, whose proposed customs modernization legislation last fall animated the U.S. trade community, will participate in a featured seaside chat at AAEI’s 101st Annual Conference and Expo on June 15, 2022.
Although Sen. Cassidy’s proposed bill was not introduced in the Senate, a draft was widely circulated. His office received many comments on the draft, including AAEI’s comments.
Sen. Cassidy will talk about what’s next for the proposed bill and other trade and customs topics in a seaside chat with AAEI. The conference will be held at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa.
