April 24, 2024 – AAEI’s 103rd Annual Conference and Expo in Fort Lauderdale, June 10-12, 2024, will focus on trade challenges facing importers and exporters and the strategies required to meet them. AAEI is featuring many of this year’s conference speakers. The spotlight this week is on Kim Campbell of mkmarin, a trade services company based in Canada.

Kim will be a panelist for, “Country Trade Updates: It’s a Small World After All.” Having served as past Chair of the Canadian Association of Importers & Exporters (IECanada), Kim will provide the Canadian perspective on global trade challenges, a valuable addition to the panel. Kim will help attendees better understand the rules, implications, and aspects of trade compliance in regions around the world.  Importers and exporters can avoid disruptions, mitigate risk, lower cost, and support long-term growth with the right intelligence on changes to global requirements. Kim will be joined by trade experts from India, East/Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Europe.

In 2007, Kim founded “mkmarin trade services inc,” a customs brokerage, trade consulting and software firm. Kim has more than 30 years of experience from working in executive, managerial and technical leadership positions in both government and the private sector.

Kim’s panel is on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at 11:250 a.m. EDT. For more information and the latest updates on AAEI’s 2024 Annual Conference, see AAEI’s event webpage
